You can now manage multiple clients from one login. Switching organisations takes one click. Roles are set per client, so owners, admins, assessors, and auditors only see what they are supposed to. No accidental access. No awkward conversations.
This was one of our most requested features. If you work with multiple organisations, whether as an MSP, a consultant, or part of a group structure, you no longer need separate logins or browser profiles. One account, all your clients, clear separation of data and responsibilities.
A dashboard you can shape
SME plans get four cards. Professional and above get six. The second row is yours to configure. Pick what you care about most, whether that is risk, threats, progress, ISMS status, compliance metrics, or vendor risk.
We built this because everyone uses the platform differently. A CISO wants to see risk metrics first thing. An operations lead might care more about task progress. Now you decide what shows up when you log in.
Chat built straight into Cyber AI
You can message your team directly inside the advisor. No jumping between tools. No more chasing people with "did you see that email?"
This is particularly useful for teams working through assessments together or coordinating on remediation tasks. The conversation lives where the work happens.
Policies that do not vanish
Generated policies now live in your account. They keep their version history and your team can access them. You do not have to keep downloading the same files again and again.
Previously, policy generation meant downloading a document and storing it yourself. Now everything stays in the platform. You can see what was generated, when, and who has access. Much cleaner for audit trails.
Subscription changes without the back-and-forth
Upgrade tiers or add features directly in the platform. No emails. No waiting.
If you need to move from SME to Professional, or add a specific capability, you can do it yourself. The change takes effect immediately.
Better assessment outputs
You will see priority recommendations and can export PDFs for every assessment type, not just cyber. Assessment history is there too, with visual reporting on the way.
This applies to all six assessment types: Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, HR Security, Physical Security, Data Privacy, and Third-Party Risk. Same quality of output across the board.
Speed improvements across the board
Pages now load roughly three times faster than before. That one actually surprised us.
We rewrote large portions of the frontend during the V2 work. The performance gains were a byproduct of cleaning up technical debt and optimising how data loads. It makes a noticeable difference, especially on larger accounts with more data.
What has not changed
Enterprise capability, accessible for SMEs. That part stays the same.
The pricing model has not changed. The assessment methodology has not changed. The frameworks we map to have not changed. V2 is about making the platform faster, more flexible, and better suited to teams and multi-organisation setups.
If you have been using V1, everything you have built is still there. Your assessments, your policies, your risk register, your ISMS data. It all carries over.
